Project Management is fundamental

The key to a successful project is the Project Management. Bydand places significant emphasis on this when developing your business continuity management response.

The Project Definition Document and Project Plan are used to define and monitor the successful progress of the work.

Scheduled checkpoint activities take place during the development.

Following completion, the plans are regularly subject to testing and exercising. This helps staff and managers to become familiar with the plans and assists in identifying where changes in the plans may be required.
