Risk Management is the start point for developing plans for the response to an incident.

A Risk Analysis and Business Impact Analysis are undertaken in conjunction with your managers and staff to identify vulnerabilities and to value the potential risk exposure.

  • The Risk Report identifies vulnerabilities and recommends reduction measures.

  • The Business Impact Analysis determines the critical business areas, their order of priority, and the potential loss in the event of an incident.

Strategy development is undertaken to consider the approach required to deal with the residual risk to the business.
